clickfunnels and optimizepress

Hey, everyone.

Jason Lee here, and in this video we're going to be talking about ClickFunnels vs OptimizePress, which one is better?

  • Which should you use?
  • Should you use one over the other or should you use both or neither at all?

So let's get into it.

First of all, if you're new to the internet marketing world or you're new to ClickFunnels or new to OptimizePress, I'm going to break down real quick what they both are.

What Clickfunnels and Optimize Press Are

So ClickFunnels is an online membership based software platform. It's a third party platform that was started by Russell Bronson. And inside ClickFunnels you can create any manner of sales funnels that you wish to create, by simply selecting Funnels from the tab and clicking an option called Build Funnel.

Inside that option you're going to be given a vast array of funnel types that you can choose from, including Product Launch Funnel, Survey Funnel, Squeeze Page Funnel, Invisible Funnel, Cancellation Funnel, Sales Letter Funnel, Bridge Funnel, Application Funnel, Trip Wire Funnel, Home Page Funnel and a lot more.

And all of these different funnels are designed to accomplish something related to the niches that they're respectively attached to, or the process in which they are attached to. So for example, a Bridge Funnel might be used to close a knowledge gap that somebody has, before moving to them to the next step in a funnel. So maybe one of the pages in the Funnel has an explainer video that helps a person come up to speed with knowledge, so they can get to a point where they formulate their own opinion and you begin to move into a sales process to convince them one way or the other, or get them to change their mind one way or the other, before leading them to a page that asks for them to buy or take an action to buy or opt in whatever it might be.

All these funnels are designed for something different

Something a little bit different, but the nice thing about it is, all you have to do is select one and it automatically structures the funnel and the form of web pages for you. You can integrate with SendGrid, any autoresponder service you use like MailChimp, AWeber, Infusionsoft, whatever it might be and also create your own domain name and the platform integrates with a concept called Domain Mapping.

So it looks like your own domain, so it doesn't use a ClickFunnels URL if you decide to go that route. So you technically, with this software don't even really need a website. It's pretty impressive – Russell Bronson's done a great job.

Clickfunnels vs Optimizepress – Cost comparisons

clickfunnels cost

OptimizePress is a one time payment.

ClickFunnels is $97 a month or $297 a month, depending upon the type of service you're asking for inside the ClickFunnels account.

They have a 14 day free trial, it's pretty impressive. I highly recommend you take it for a spin, you won't regret it.

If you decide to pick up ClickFunnels, by the way our company will build you a free sales funnel inside that platform and integrate with your autoresponder. We'll even build you a short email follow up sequence if you need one. So make sure you reach out to us or go ahead and give it a test drive, if it's something that's of interest to you.

Sales funnels cost anywhere from $2,000 to $3,000 to build, to hire an agency to build them. We'll build one for you for free inside ClickFunnels if you decide to use our affiliate link and take it for a test drive.

About Optimizepress

But OptimizePress what's that for?

Well, OptimizePress has a … It is basically like a premium theme, a premium theme for WordPress. You can use it on WordPress to build out your website, whether it's a blog, it's an E-commerce site whatever it is, OptimizePress does that.

It is very drag and drop oriented, so it has elements at different levels and different functions that you can use for those elements. Like if you want to insert your own raw HTML code you can, if you want to insert your own video container you can, if you want to insert a headline you can. They have elements for pretty much anything you can think of in terms of drag and drop for creating websites. So it's a very powerful platform. They also have a plugin, if you want to use them as a plugin to create pages from their platform, you can also do that.

And there's a wide array of prices they have.

There's really three pricing models that they use.  And there are three packages. One is Core, one is Publisher and one is Pro. This is very standard pricing model that's used by most software companies. They're all one time prices, so that's the nice thing about OptimizePress.

So if you're going to have less than three sites, you're going to pay $97 one time. It's a one and done deal. You can build as many web pages as you want. You can build … There's no traffic limitation to how much traffic you can get to those web pages, and it integrates with like I said any WordPress site. So as long as you buy the domain you can get it on GoDaddy, RegisterCompass, Sedo, whatever your domain provider is, that you get the domain from.

Website hosting

Set up hosting somewhere like Bluehost or HostGator or whatever it might be. And then install WordPress on your domain and go ahead and get OptimizePress. And you just pay one of these fees, they'll send you the information by email, then you can log in and download the zip file. You're going to want to leave it as is that file because when you upload it to WordPress, they're going to need it in the form of a zip file. So if you have less than three sites, like you're just running on one website, you would choose Core. Order Core, pay $97 and you get all these things here.

You control the site, self hosted like I just said. Complete site building flexibility, use on up to three sites you own and run, one year of support and updates. It's a really good deal. You can outsource most of this support and updates thing after you run out of the one year or you could just pay another 100 bucks and go to Publisher and get another year of priority support and all this other stuff as well.

It's a really, really powerful program, software platform.

I've used them pretty much exclusively for like the last five years. And a lot of guys I know in the direct sales industry and the network marketing industry use it as well religiously. Some of the more advanced guys use things like Genesis Theme and things like that but OptimizePress will get the job done. Your site will look incredible, it doesn't impact you one way or the other in terms of search engine rankings. You can still do all the SEO stuff that you want to do, if you're an SEO person, it won't hurt you there and your site will look amazing.

That's really all there is to it. And if you're like an agency and you build websites for people, you can go Pro if you want, here and get all these extra features that help you grow your agency.

Optimizepress benefits

optimizepress benefitsSo all packages include 30 day money back guarantee, so you can get your money back if you don't like it, or if you're one of those people who buys something and doesn't use it, you can go and get a refund and create unlimited web pages.

Their support is really, really good.

So is ClickFunnels by the way.

I'm logged into my account right now and if you see down here at the bottom, there is a little Get Help item. And they'll ask you for information like, how can we help you? And then you submit it. But the bottom line is, once you go through this process…

I'll show you, I'll just go … I'll just type in some stuff here and then I'll hit Continue and then Submit a Ticket. And it actually opens a chat and then you can actually send a live message to the ClickFunnels support team. ‘Howdy, you guys are doing great.” And you'll usually get a response within an hour.

So their customer support is incredible and I would say it ranks up there with probably the top three.

OptimizePress is pretty good too but I haven't seen anything match ClickFunnels. And again Russell Brunson's done a great job. He's the best in the business.

And you can create any number of funnels you want. You're kind of limited in your account. On the base account you're limited to 100 pages and you're limited to 20 funnels. But I'll tell you what, if you're not using one of your funnels, I recommend you just archive it to keep this number low. And then you can just keep building funnels and scaling your advertising to them.

If you do paid advertising, you can contact us if you need paid advertising support.

We can scale ads for you, do any kind of cool stuff for you, build your customer audiences on Facebook, even if you don't have a list and help here. Including building you out a sales funnel if that's what you need. So, we have helped quite a few top earners in the industry, worked with a number of network marketing companies to support you here as well.

Clickfunnels vs Optimizepress – My recommendation

clickfunnels sales pageSo make sure you give ClickFunnels a spin.

My recommendation to you here at the end, since I'm supposed to give you a recommendation in this video is to use both. I don't look at it like it's ClickFunnels vs OptimizePress, I actually use both.

I personally do. And our agency uses both of these platforms.

So I don't see any of these … either one of these platforms going anywhere anytime soon, they don't compete with one another. In fact, if you use OptimizePress and you don't use ClickFunnels, all you're going to be having to do is, a lot of extra hard work in terms of linking pages and graphic design work that you wouldn't have to do otherwise if you just use ClickFunnels. Also ClickFunnels gives you the structure of the funnel, whereas OptimizePress you have to figure it out on your own. So Russell has done all that A/B split testing for you and figured out those numbers and metrics for you and how they work best, so you don't have to reinvent the wheel.

That's really the benefit you get here and they have a great coaching program as well if you want to take advantage of that.

So I recommend using both.

It isn't a competition here, whereas it might be with other platforms like InstaBuilder or Leadpages, I definitely recommend ClickFunnels over Leadpages. I was a Leadpages user for a long time. I don't see that platform growing at all, in fact, I would see ClickFunnels and Russell crushing them in the long run. So I would recommend transitioning all of your stuff over from Leadpages to ClickFunnels, If you haven't already before potentially they go out of business and you lose everything anyway. So that's my recommendation to you, use both these platforms.

I've known Russell a long time, he's a great guy. I don't I don't see him ever selling this company. I interviewed him on our podcast once and he said this was the number one priority in his life and it will be for a long, long time to come.

So I hope you guys enjoyed this review of ClickFunnels vs OptimizePress.

Go ahead and click any of the links on this page to give them both a try and we'll see you guys on the next video.

Take care.
